For Planning Air Quality Impact Assessment (AQIA) using dispersion modelling to consider the potential impact of emissions to air, including odour and dust on public health and/or amenity in addition to impacts on ecological receptors identified in proximity to the Site during both the construction and operational phase of the proposed development. For Permitting H1 Tool screening assessment followed by detail air quality modelling if air quality risk is not screened out.
